Our Services

Non-English Access

  • We currently have English and Spanish speaking staff. Additionally, our advocates have access to a language line and interpreting services during the day.
  • Safety planning brochures translated into several different languages.
  • Those in need of interpreters can call our outreach offices or the hotline and tell the advocate what language you/they speak - the advocate can then get an interpreter on the line.
  • We also have access to ASL and language interpreters for in-person meetings, particularly in our outreach offices. However, we need some advance notice so that we can make arrangements.
  • Hotline advocates have access to a TTY from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and we have TTYs for all of our offices (the administrative office is still pending).
